Only transactions conducted entirely on the platform are eligible for Buyer Protection and Seller Protection. Aslanos accepts no liability for losses arising from off-platform activity.
2. Use Secure Payments Only
Always pay through Aslanos secure checkout. Never send money via bank transfer, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or cash. These payment methods are irreversible, untraceable, and a primary tool of marketplace fraud. Aslanos will never ask you to pay through external channels.
3. Recognise Common Scams
- Pressure to act immediately or lose the deal
- Prices significantly below market value
- Requests to continue the deal outside Aslanos
- Suspicious links or email attachments
- Requests to "verify" your account on an external website
- Sellers requesting advance payment before a listing appears
4. Tips for Buyers
- Review seller ratings and feedback before purchasing
- Read the full listing — condition, return policy, and shipping terms
- Ask questions via the platform messaging system before buying
- Confirm delivery promptly and report issues within 30 days
5. Tips for Sellers
- Provide accurate listings with clear, unedited photographs
- Ship within your stated handling time and upload tracking
- Respond to buyer messages within 48 hours
- Never mark an order as shipped before handing it to the carrier
6. Report Suspicious Activity
- Use the Report button on any listing, profile, or message
