How to Respond to a Dispute
  1. Respond to the buyer within 5 business days
  2. Provide tracking information, photos, and any relevant evidence
  3. If escalated, our team reviews all submitted evidence from both parties
  4. Fraudulent claims dismissed in your favour will not affect your seller rating
