What is covered: Items that do not arrive, arrive significantly not as
described, or are damaged in transit when shipped via our platform.
Eligible Situations
- Item not received within the agreed delivery window
- Item significantly different from the listing description or photos
- Item arrived damaged (photographic evidence required)
- Seller does not respond within 5 business days
Not Covered
- Transactions completed outside Aslanos (off-platform payments)
- Buyer remorse or change of mind (unless seller accepts returns)
- Items accurately described but not matching personal expectations
- Disputes raised more than 30 days after confirmed delivery
- Items damaged after delivery by the buyer
How to Open a Dispute
- First, contact the seller via Message Centre
- If unresolved after 5 business days, open a case in My Orders
- Provide evidence: photos, messages, and tracking information
- Our team will review within 5–10 business days
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Important: Buyer Protection applies only to transactions where payment was
made through Aslanos secure checkout. Aslanos is not liable for losses arising from
off-platform transactions under any circumstances.
