Eligible Situations
  • Item not received within the agreed delivery window
  • Item significantly different from the listing description or photos
  • Item arrived damaged (photographic evidence required)
  • Seller does not respond within 5 business days
Not Covered
  • Transactions completed outside Aslanos (off-platform payments)
  • Buyer remorse or change of mind (unless seller accepts returns)
  • Items accurately described but not matching personal expectations
  • Disputes raised more than 30 days after confirmed delivery
  • Items damaged after delivery by the buyer
How to Open a Dispute
  1. First, contact the seller via Message Centre
  2. If unresolved after 5 business days, open a case in My Orders
  3. Provide evidence: photos, messages, and tracking information
  4. Our team will review within 5–10 business days
  5. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
