When Are You Charged?

Payment is charged at the time of purchase confirmation. Funds are held securely and released to the seller after you confirm receipt, or after the delivery window closes without a dispute.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider''s processing times. Aslanos is not responsible for delays caused by your bank. See Returns & Refunds for full eligibility details.

Never pay outside Aslanos. Requests to pay via bank transfer, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or cash outside our platform are a scam. Such payments are not covered by Buyer Protection, and Aslanos bears no liability for such losses.
